Introduction
Managing people in the workplace is one of the important and valuable function which the
managers of the organisation has to follow in their organisation. There are different types of
functions are present in the organisation which the managers has to follow in the workplace
such as recruitment, management, training and motivation to manage the workforce of the
organisation. This report is based on providing effective analyses on the topic of managing
workforce in the organisation.

Rationale approach of learning is one of the
important approach of recruitment under which the
managers of the organisation has analyses the
behaviour and attitude of the employees in the
organisation (Summers, 2021). The managers of the
organisation has used effective and valuable
leadership approach to influence the behaviour
towards the achievement of organisational goals
and objectives. One of important advantage of this
approach is that it helps to achieve the goals and
objectives of the organisation in effective manner.
2. Describe the differences between a job description and person specification?

information under which the management of
the company has specified different roles and
responsibilities for the specific position in their
organisation. Person specification refers top
those document under which the company has
mentioned different type of their requirement

roles and another one contains skills needed
by the company.
