started in London with 52 employees in which three are
the owners who actually are friends. They are providing
facility of personal designing as per the requirement of
clients.

COMPANY STRUCTURE
• Finer Threads is following functional organisation structure. According to this structure, they
have different department according to the activities. For example, manufacturing has separate
production department, recruiting work has separate HR department, etc. This is the reason that
