Professional skills are predominately the skills which are required for secring the job as
well as for excelling in future career. The main aim of this report is to study the ideal job as well
as the requirements which are required for securing the position of manager.

After graduation, I learned various concepts as well as gained a deep-insight of the
different aspects like the cultural values, importance of effective communication, team work etc.
During my graduation, I learned about the different skills which are required for working in the
organization, how to help people to resolve their problems (Verboncu and Zeininger, 2015).
Thus, analyzing all these which I gained during my graduation, I came to the conclusion that the
most ideal job which will satisfy my all skills as well as will give me a wide platform for
showcasing these will be managerial position. Thus, my ideal job is to become a manage in well-
known organization who have the potential to grow.
