This has given positive effect on the overall image of the company. This increases the profits
of the company and also attains the large market share. By achieving large market share
profits can be earned.

In the present scenario related to resistance to change it is essential for the organization to
emphasize on the workers so that retention can be made in the organization. By offering
training to the organization it can be easy to train the employees by considering the change so
that operations can be done in a right manner. Training assist the workers to acquire new
