INTRODUCTION
Management of people as well as human resource management is a procedure which
includes the recruitment, management of employees as well as training of employees within the
organization. Specific people management tasks include arranging reimbursement, conducting
employee presentation reviews and ensuring successful administrative centre communiqué (Van
De Schoot, R., 2020).
This report include the presentation which describes the job description, specification as
well as job advertisement along with SMART academic goals that are prepared in order to
analyse personal short comings related to skills and future planning to develop that skill. Apart
from this, the study includes PDP which also includes the plan to develop certain skills along
with methods to develop as well as duration to develop those skills.
