INTRODUCTION
Healthcare process is a very complex process which produces outcomes with a blend of
diverse professional personnel. Quality in healthcare is very important requirement as being in a
health sector. Quality in the care systems are defined as directing the healthcare personnel while
observing the organisational functions and address each individually and collectively. The need
for quality management has emerged and set a new definition for the quality maintain with the
patient's satisfaction level marking as the outcome of the service provided (Sloane and et.al.,
2018). The quality of services provided to the patients is very decisive. This report deals with the
different legislative requirements which are supposed to be taken into account along with the
importance of diversity, inclusive practices and safe guarding the services in the process of
improving quality. There are many different working practices which can be determined in order
to improve the level of quality.

The model for improvement that might be commonly used and make sure for having the
legislative thing in health care system. Various approaches that can be used while for having the
better practices and which could play the role for high effective terms and objective. Quality
team in health care sector they can introduce more about the effective for which the some of the
basic issues can be clear. Along with this improvement might be important and that could have
the practices for working in safely (Espírito-Santo and Santos, 2020). It can also be difficult in a
practice where buy-in to improvement efforts is low. The main aim for achieving and reach out
to the cycles until the sources that cannot be improved and make sure for losing over their focus
for knowing about how the roles and many other thing can be seems. An essential part of
introducing a culture of quality in a practice is assisting the practice to shift its focus from
individuals to processes.

Importance of promoting diversity and inclusive practices in healthcare system
Diversity in the workplace means to have a running work team with multiple races, age,
genders and orientations. In a healthcare system, the medical and administrative staff in the
facility will represent a broad range of experience and background. Diversity in healthcare is
referred to as different number of qualities which includes and are not limited to race, ethnicity,
gender, religion and so on. Diversity in healthcare is important as it leads to the cultural
competency and the services which will help in meeting the unique social and cultural needs of
patients. The importance of promoting the diversity includes having higher employee morale
which creates a strong feeling of inclusion and community (Kruschke, 2018). Diversity helps in
ensuring best services regardless of who walks into the door. There will be someone to
communicate with the patients and provide better services to their individual needs. It helps in
providing an increased level of comfort where the staff is comfortable in treating patients coming
from different ethnic backgrounds. Having a wide range of perspectives can lead to come up
with better solutions and boosted creativity and innovation. A diverse group of healthcare
professionals which will have a better understanding of the colleagues and patients with different
notion systems. It brings in better form of communication not only with some specific patients
but also effectively communicate with the providers talking in their language and will receive
better care systems. It is also important in increasing the patient trust where they will know that
they are not judged by race or colour or any other form of discrimination. Increased cultural
competence and racial diversity will help in uplifting the healthcare related disparities while
improving the healthcare outcomes in a wide range of patient population. People working in such
diverse environments will take pride in working there and thus will make a positive impact.
Social inclusion is about making all the groups of people feel included and more valued for the
