Introduction
Tourism event and hospitality sector is a vast
emerging sector around the globe. All these activities
and business sectors comes under service industry
where the main motive of all types of businesses is to
render best quality services and experiences to the
visitors, tourist and guests. The presentation is on TUI
Group, which is an Anglo-German multinational travel
and tourism company headquartered in Germany and
founded in 1923. The presentation is based on the
quality issues which are recently identified in TUI.
Along with it there is resources, competencies and
capabilities are evaluated by focusing on TUI can
competitive advantage. According to the evaluation at
last recommendations are given to TUI group.
