INTRODUCTIONIn today's world its hard to manage the quality of services provided to patients. It is amatter of health and social care, it includes lot of efforts to provide quality services to patientsand make them satisfy with their services in right context. When virtually, analysing, assessingservice quality in health and care which presents various challenges both at the patients andservice provider end (Care Quality Commission, 2012). The report is based on the NHS which isserving the society from last so many decades. Its a public health care services in England,Scotland and Wales. It was found around 1948. The report will discuss about perspectivestakeholders and role of external agencies and what is the impact of poor service quality andmeasuring the standards exist with different approaches and analysing potential barriers.Evaluation of effectiveness of systems and analysing other factors and have to provide thesuggestion how quality can be improved. Evaluation of methods and impact of involving theusers of services. TASK 1P(1.1) Perspectives the stakeholders connected with health and social care services.Stakeholders: In health and care services both the care givers and patients arestakeholders . In this concept the stakeholders are counted as care quality commission(CQC),patients and employers. Although the service provider provides the services and patients do payfor such services and usually they are main users of facilities. Stakeholders perspectives: The stakeholders perspectives quality has the main concernand it relates to the health and cares services which is a complex multi-dimensionality that seekswhat has been attached to the quality. Generally every person has their own perspectives for theservice they are receiving whether they are patients or caregivers. Normally quality health andcare is not limited to service accessibility, behaviour and attitudes of members and do take careof mode of communication should be correct and flexibility in accepting the change environmentand responsibility of acre givers too.The stakeholders is also having the responsibilities to take care of the health and socialcares services too. Perspective stakeholders are those which has their perspectives for such healthcare (Damron and Damron, 2013). Stakeholders do are main part of the NHS which helps ingetting perspectives in right manner. Such efforts do require the collaborative kind of working1

with in the relation of services in health and care services. Having a combined approach inservices helps in getting the units of production and consumer within the care given ambiance ofenvironment. P(1.2) Analysing the role of external agencies in setting standards.Thus the external agencies are those which helps and monitor the health care facilities inright manner. Generally they are those who acts as quality authorities, and pursuant of qualitycare and mainly they protect the stakeholders interests in services (Naylor and et.al., 2012). Theexternal agencies do supervise the offering regularities which control the local. State and federalauthorities in correct way. Few external agencies and their roles in setting the standards: MHRA: This is a government agency which ensure that the medicine and care devicesequipment should work in right manner and using of such things should be safe and professionalmanner. As this is the executive agency, so it becomes the responsibility of the organisation toimprove the quality and safety in care. CQC: Somewhere such kind of things are the independent regulator of health and careinstitutions. This point ensure the facilities to care homes and hospitals which provide thecompassionate, safe, high quality services through they monitor the roles and improves thequality wherever the pitfall are there. Health care inspectorate: In this point they inspectorate monitors and inspects allactivities within the health care facilities. Somewhere this helps in making improvements inhealth and care services with this patient makes pay in right way without any disappointments. Health and social care services combine the expertise of different agencies which ishaving a higher understanding of every aspect in social facilitation (Cherry and Jacob, 2016).Thus the overall agencies have capacity to assist care facilities with the relevant information andthis is social capital which provides the shape in scope for care giving.P(1.3) Assess the impact of poor quality on stakeholders.Some of the significant aspects of such are that it can disrupt the funding, dampen thespirit of caregivers and it can damage firm reputation or image and it can lead to inappropriateplanning decisions in the loss of quality. Poor quality of services leads in decline in patients forservices and this leads to loss of money by entity as patients will not spent their money in healthcare services. 2
