INTRODUCTION
For every person it is essential to conduct self management because through that they can
conduct their work in effective and appropriate manner. This will also help them in enhancing
their skills, abilities and knowledge through which they can conduct work properly. Along with
this it is also essential to conduct management of others as that will lead to accomplishment of
work properly for the attainment of team goal successfully (Bordalo and et. al.., 2019). The main
aim of conducting this report is to understand concept of managing self and other. Topics include
in this are related to career development and lifelong learning as well as it will also develop
understanding related to high performance individual and teams. For this there is application of
