INTRODUCTIONThe term digitalization is an appropriate process of transferring relevant information intodigital form or bits and used by organization while decision making process. Thus, due to creation of modern world small business enterprises aregrowing in a rapid way with the use of advanced technology and succeeded in gainingmaximum benefits. This assignment is mainly segmented into various parts in order to highlightsignificance of digitalization and its impact on growth of small business. Along with this, throwlights on an effective management plan which is designed by corporations so that they canperform their business activities in efficient way. Data accumulation is also outlined in thisproject with the use of suitable tools or techniques. Lastly, report is going to show an effectivesuggestion in order to remove hidden barriers which affects the success of an association. TASK 1P1 Aims and objectivesTopic:- “Influence of digitalization on development of small business enterprise: Acase study on 3COM”. Aim:- First and foremost motive of selected organization is to create new or innovativeproducts or devices for coming generation in order to expand digitization across the globe.Therefore, their main aim is “to identify the affect of modern technology on growth of smallbusiness entity: A case study on 3COM.” Basically due to introduction of numerous of advancedtools or techniques overall society get uplifted and succeeded in raising their standard of living.It means development of entire community is directly influence the economy of a nation whichalso get highly developed (Basu, 2014). Thus, major objectives of this project is outlined asfollows:- To identify the usage of digital technology in 3COM as well as overall industry in orderto enhance the society. To determine the requirement of alteration in modern tools and use of creation in 3COM. Analysis of advanced equipments as well as its efficiency and shows the renovation of anassociation. 1

After understanding the aims and objectives of this project and selected association thenits time to formulate an effective research questions for getting more information (Geraldi andLechter, 2012). Thus, impressive questions which are related with digitalization is mentioned asfollows:- What are the usage of modern techniques in 3COM?Is there any requirement of alteration in technology and creation utilized in 3com? How the innovation and modern equipments is beneficial for referred enterprise? After analysing above information leaner should get aware about actual aims orobjectives of this report and required to plan according to highlighted aims or objectives.Additionally, they need to design an effective plans or policies for uplifting small businessenterprise in order to raise the economy standard of Europe. P2 Project management planPlanning is indispensable for every organization either small or large in order to designoverall business operations in an efficient manner by considering relevant facts or figures andvarious other factors that are playing major role in a success path of firm. Project managementplan is mainly formulate for assisting entire corporations towards corrective path so that they canmanage or handled whole activities in a better way. Basically, it is not easy to design amanagement plan because it consist of number of roles and responsibilities which requiresexpertise suggestion as well as experience person (Harish and Kumar, 2014). Along with this,entire strategy is affected by several of factors because all the elements are interdependent uponeach other and have a greater influence on overall process. Thus, one of the major reason behindformulating a assignment management plan is to determine the risk and challenges which mightbe created while completion of this project. Hence, various factors which affects the success ofmanagerial planning process is described as under:- Cost:- Money is consider as a lifeblood and backbone for every business either small orlarge because all the activities are managed and regulated by them only. Thus it hasbeen identified that budget is a necessary part for small business enterprise whileestablishing their business. Therefore, it is essential for an association is to reservedmaximum amount in order to accomplish all the business activities in an efficientmanner. 2

Scope:- First and foremost scope of project management plan is to understand theirmain objectives or aim so that they can design their policy as per company requirement.It means major motive is to encourage 3com towards adoption of digital technology forseeking attention of maximum customers and trying to facilitate overall society in abetter way. Along with this, trying to create a modern world by coming up withnumerous of ideas and devices for gaining maximum benefits (Hwang and Ng, 2013). Time:- 3com is growing in fastest way by creating number of innovative products andtrying to update their current devices as per customer choice or demand. In fact they arealso focussing on duration of project and trying to accomplish all the business activitiesin a defined time period by attaining objectives of report. However, it is essential for anassociation to design business activities in a better way so that employees mayaccomplish entire work in a minimum time period.
