The present report is based on understanding projectmanagement aspects for digital technology's significance on business operations of Marks andSpencer. It is retail sector organisation of UK provide groceries and food items to a millionpeople of the world. In this regard, aims, objectives, value and several aspects can be describedfor the project management. Moreover, time frames and comprehensive project managementplan will be introduced through this assignment. Similarly, research specification tools for datacollection as managers' views on digital technologies' impact on business activities can beidentified. However, reflection on self learning through this project is to describe for managingall business activities.
