INTRODUCTION

correct tools and techniques so that they can manage all the business projects whether it is

maximum benefits. It includes the distinctive tactics along with the company proceedings to
charity and for that they have to implement proper business operations so that they can reap
targets and attain maximum advantages in the society. The firm have to manage all the
projects by doing planning, executing and controlling the distinct projects. Moreover,
employees of the business entity have to do appropriate work so that they can attain the goals

Background of the study:
CSR refers to the different business practices which involve the initiatives so that they

organisation in the present days. While implementing the CSR activities, Charlotte Street
Hotel can reap maximum advantage in the competitive market. Corporate social
responsibility assists the stakeholders as well as employees to accomplish the targets and
attain benefits. The present study s based on the CSR activities of a chosen small and medium
enterprise named as Charlotte Street Hotel which helps in doing daily operation of the
company in a different way (Asif and et.al., 2013). Charlotte Street Hotel has to fulfil their
CSR responsibilities which help in developing the special rooms for the special or disable
person. The company have to provide wheelchairs and other accommodative amenities. It
assists the firm in attaining competitive advantage in the market. In the hospitality industry,
staff members have to do the changes to meet the preferences of the consumers. For fulfilling
this, such resourceful activities of CSR are best which succour in accomplishing the goals
which are taken into consideration.

Aim: The aim of Charlotte Street Hotel is to develop the special rooms for the special or
disable person. Along with this they have to provide the wheelchairs and the other facilities in

Objectives:
 The company have to determine the potential target market so that they can do proper
segmentation of the market.
 To identify the desires and requirements of service users and the costs which involve
in developing the rooms.
 They have to ascertain the demand before doing the developments and if it justified
then it make to the concern which is related to market.

P2 Project management plan with covering the aspects of Cost, time and communication
Project management plan is a formal document and it is used by Charlotte Street
Hotel so that they can manage the execution of the projects. It helps in planning, integrating
along with the coordinating of the different activities so that they can attain the success at the
time of high competition. Project management plan is necessary as it focuses on the cost,
time as well as quality and communication (Bititci, U.S., 2016). The employees of Charlotte
Street Hotel have to do effective communication with the consumers as it helps in building
and maintaining trust. In the plan employees have to do work and manage all the complex
projects in specific time. They have to provide the qualitative projects so according to that
cost will be reduced. Manager has to describe the plan to their shareholders and also define
their roles and responsibilities. They have to conduct kickoff meeting which is an effective
way to discuss whole project which helps in managing tough projects. After that they have to
develop or improve their scope statement which is a most important part of the project plan.
By using work breakdown structure or Gantt chart, manager of Charlotte Street Hotel have to
develop all the projects by the effective conversation. The staff members have to make
appropriate budgets which helps in reducing cost. Then managers of the business entity have
