Topic: “Implementing CSR activities within organisations to meet sustainable objectives”.
Background of the study
Corporate social responsibilities is very important for the organization as well as for
community and society. CSR help organization in building the image in market. Every
organization has some responsibilities toward the society and community in respect to fulfil it
companies need to implement it within organization. Along with this it also needs to encourage
employee to participate in implementation of CSR activities (Mackey and Gass, 2015). The
Present study is conducted so that importance of CSR can be understand for the Blue age. In
order to gain competitive advantage and sustainability. Further the issues which are faced by
company due to ignoring the CSR activities is also discuss in conducted study. There are many
benefits of implementation of CSR which firm need to understand and apply it within the
organization so that it can easily initiate for its own and society benefits. Blue age company is
man clothing store which now focusing on implementation the CSR activities for gaining
competitive advantage. It also face issues related to environment protection which it need to
improve by implementing different Corporate social responsibility activities.
Aims: To analyse the value of CSR activities in order to gain competitive advantage and
sustainability- A study of Blue age
Objectives
To determine the importance of implementation of CSR activities for ORGANISATION
To analyse the impact of implementation of CSR activities on organization image in
market
To recommended ways for improving CSR activities in order to gain competitive

The above chart show that there activities which are highlighted in pink colour that is 1,2,4,7 and
11 are important and cannot be delayed. While activities which are highlight in 3, 5,6,8,9,10.
Activities which are highlighted in pink is delayed then it need to complete on time otherwise it
will lead to increase cost and time
