Consulting Group, LLC which is small enterprise of UK. They consider different operations and
functions to measure effectiveness in an appropriate way. For gaining insight information of the
present report, it covers aim and objectives, project plan, etc. Furthermore, primary data analysis
undertaken is helpful to develop more advanced and appropriate results at the workplace.
Background
In order to implement digital technology in small business, there are several benefits that
could be seen. In this regard, individual standard is developed with implementation of advanced
tools and techniques. Therefore, it allows collection of more information and data for increasing
profitability and effectiveness at the workplace. Furthermore, in research, digital technology

find desired results. In this regard, primary and secondary data mainly gathered to

In this, research information is collected from 20 employees of Continental consulting
group, LLC. This showed the undertaken population of this study who has been selected
with assistance of random sampling method. Employees of business have the highest

knowledge of policies and strategies of organisation. Thus, they can be considered as the
best sampling sources. It will help to conduct better research regarding innovative
approaches which can be implemented at organisation. Simple random sampling method
has been used to collect appropriate data and information in which all respondents have
equal chance to get selected (Research Methodology, 2018). Data sample refers to
selection of data from population. A small part is selected and then within them particular
sample are selected. Samples will be collected by stratified sampling method.
 Population – it refers to overall population from which data samples are selected. The
population may belong to specific sector. The population selected will be 20 people. On
the basis of this sample size, whole research has been conducted with effective source of
data.
 Research Limitations: Researcher has used various techniques for analysing the
information. This analysis must be in alignment with the strategies of goal achievement
so that a better understanding of business activities can be developed. The data collection
and analysis by researcher suffers from certain limitations. These limitations restrict the
working scope of researcher. It is difficult to assure that accurate and reliable information
is collected from the employees. The limited time duration prohibits the researcher to
obtain the detailed analysis and more specific outcomes. The effective execution of
functional activities is also crucial factor which must be considered in the research
(Greener, 2018). As there are some paid websites, researcher gets restricted to access
some important information about the topic of study. Further, plenty of data is available
in secondary sources and so, including all details is not possible for the scholar due to
specified time limit.

is the key factor which is having a great contribution in achieving organisational goals. A very
minor portion, of the participants have belief that instead of website social media and other

online advertisement is the most suitable strategy for increasing the benefits. However, there are
certain sections which believes that social media, printing methods are also effective in terms of

in the success of enterprise. There are several employees who support to implement this tool that
helps to measure effectiveness and attain desired results at workplace. From the data analysis, it
has been found that employees are highly satisfied with using digital technological tools. Online

the chosen business environment.

This research has provided me a great opportunity to understand the current marketing
trends and innovations in the business practices. With the research, I have analysed that it is
essential for the organisations to integrate their functionalities with digital technologies.
Otherwise, it will become difficult for them to sustain their existence. I have learned that these
digital innovations are not only affecting the social and communication life of individuals but
also playing a significant role in aiding the organisations so that they can achieve their business
goals.
This research has also provided a goal to me that if I want to assure my continuous
development and learning then I must keep myself updated with the changing digital
technologies. If I will not adopt these advancements in practices then, I may not be able to
achieve my career goals. The digital transformations and innovations can change the entire
perspective of the operational strategies of organisation. I must include these learnings into my
real-life examples as well.
The report has explained me that if I will not accept the innovations then I may not
survive against the competitive atmosphere. For achieving my objectives, I must always monitor
the innovations and advancements in technology. The analysis of Continental Consulting Group
LLC has guided me that how can I extract benefits from digital changes. I have observed and
analysed various aspects of business which can be made more effective with the help of these
innovations and concept of digitalisation. The research has considered the various aspects of the
digital technology before its implementation. This analysis has given me an important concept
that before taking decisions I must analyse the various possibilities and risks associated with
every innovation instead of directly implementing it. This approach will help me to deal with the

relevant information which is beneficial to find appropriate conclusion. It helped me to attain
more desired results and information in a successful way. However, I was unable to collect more
information because of limited time and money. As a result, limited information I gathered on
the basis of which findings of the study were made. Overall, the study improved my analytical
and intellectual skills.
