INTRODUCTION
Managing a successful business plan is defined as an efficient evaluation of the business
plan in which in-depth analysis of planning, organisation, direction and controlling of different
type of business task is done as to operate business services in successful manner (Ahmed and
Bazakama, 2021). With the help of managing successful business plan, an organisation can fulfil
their aims and objective with the help of required skills and knowledge. Talent management
plays an essential resource for an organisation irrespective of its size and scope that allow
organisation to enhance effectiveness of workforce with an organisational workplace premises.
This helps organisation to utilise talent of employees to fulfil organisational goals and objectives.
Present report is conducted on SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd. which is operating its business
operations in the provinces of United Kingdom. In this report, discussion has been conducted on
aims and objective of talent management. Along with this data has been collected with primary

organisation can retain people for longer period of time (Barzantny and Clapp-Smith, 2021).
This indicates that project is having wider scope through which organisation can enhance their
overall productivity and profitability.

conducted in an efficient manner. Inefficient communication lead towards affecting
accomplishment of research in adverse manner (d’Armagnac, Al Ariss and N’Cho, 2021). In
terms of present research investigator will undertake advantage of different form of
communication tools such as email, texts and more to provide essential details to team mates.

Risk is a factor that researcher can face in the process of conducting activities.
Investigator can face different type of obstacles that can hamper accomplishment of project in an
effective manner. In terms with present research, risk can be seen in terms of time and more.

project in efficient way.

It is a project management tool that duly divides different tasks into sub-group through
