Further, Multinational Companies are businessfirm which are operating their business in many countries. In this research project researchresearches has chosen “Marks & Spencer”. It is a UK based multinational retailer which offerfashion frenzy products such as Clothes and Accessories. This company is chosen with thepurpose of its business expansion in Indian Market by analysing various issues, challenges andimpact of globalisation. Aim and ObjectivesAim:“To identify impact of multinational (Marks & Spencer) company on BusinessEnvironment of Host Country (India) in retail industry. A Study on Marks & SpencerObjective:To identify the current trends in globalisation in the context of multinational company.To determine the impact of Multinational companies on the local business operating within the host country.To articulate the challenges faced by Multinational Companies in operating their businessin international market.To provide recommendation to Multinational Company to enhance their market share andcustomer base in the global market.

Research QuestionWhat are the current trends in globalisation in the context of multinational company?What is the impact of Multinational companies on the local business operating with in thehost country?What are the challenges faced by Multinational Companies in operating their business ininternational market?What are the recommendations for enhancement of market share & customer baseRationaleThis research is conducted with the purpose of identifying impact of globalisation oncompanies operating their business in many countries across the globe. This research benefitsresearches in analysing various issues that affects business of Multinational Companies(MNC's).That further helps MNC in their business expansion and diversification in global market.Analysis of recent challenges and issues also helps international companies in their decisionmaking related to acquisition and establishment of new stores in new countries. Further, thisresearch also helps Multinational Companies in adapting different changes in factors of businessenvironment. This research is also beneficial in academics for the purpose of ResearchMethodology(Descriptive Research Design: Definition, Examples & Types. 2019). PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN Project Management is Plan is a written structured document which describes ways inwhich research project is implemented, monitored and controlled. This plan helps in conductingresearch in an effective and efficient way(Yismalet and Alemu, 2018).Cost- Cost is an essential element without this a research is not conducted. In this research project researcher estimate a cost of £2500.Quality- Quality Management plan benefits researcher in collecting accurate and reliableinformation. In this research project all the collected data are accurate, reliable and feasible.

Further, researcher check accuracy and reliability of data on a timely basis to manage quality ofinformation.Communication- In this project communication play a vital role because for primary datacollection researcher needs to communicate with respondents. Further, communication is alsorequired for each stage with the purpose of knowing views and ideas of experienced individuals.Thus, communication plan is also managed in this research report(Xu, Ye and Chan, 2018).Scope- This research report has a wide scope as data collected in this process helps ingaining academics and organisation. This research is very important for multinational companiesas with this companies are able to expand their business operation in more countries and studentsare also able to gather knowledge about impact of international business. Time- A time management plan helps researcher in determining time duration in whichresearch get completed. Time plan also helps in managing activities in a structured way and withthat researcher divide time for each activity involved in research project. 4 months time isplanned in this research project.Resources- A resource plan includes variety of resources which helps in completingresearch on a particular task. These resources include Human Resources, Financial Resources,Capital and assets such as Laptop and Software's.
