INTRODUCTIONCSR activities is define as the voluntary action undertaken by a cited company in order tooperate in an economic, social and sustainability of environment. It includes. Promotion ofeducation, reducing child mortality and employment enhancing vocational skills. The project assignment covers all three major aspectsof project management which are necessary require in implementing appropriate decisionregarding CSR activities (Bell, 2014). This report includes the Bookland hotel information thathow they are organising help and valuable support to their customers. It is categorised under awell established 5 star hotel. It all talk about need and requirement of CSR activities throughusing Gantt chart. The performances review is done after analysing all the results collectedregarding CSR activity.TASK1P1: Project aim and objectivesIn current scenario, it is necessary for an organisation to design a strategies regarding theCSR activity. Therefore, it act as a one of useful method or technique of satisfying needs ofdomestic as well as foreign clients. Furthermore, it also considered as a tool by which referredorganization promote their association across national boundaries. Hence, if it carriers in a verysmooth manner then it influence company and entire society in a positive way. Brookland Hotelcomes under telecom industry which is small business and popularized in local areas for offeringbest electronic devices. Due to tiny in size they are having minimum employees due to which itis not easy for them to plan or design a large CSR project but still they are supporting entirecommunity in small ways by helping individuals who requires. In recent era, refereed enterprisesdoes not contributed in activities which are linked with society betterment. Therefore, becauseof this it become very indispensable to pay full attention on uplifting society by providingnecessary benefits to them (Bennett-Western Digital Technologies, 2014). Additionally , it hasbeen understood that after getting aware need of CSR project company will definitely throwlights on activities which are related with betterment of society because consumers act as a1
valuable asset for overall corporate world because all the products and services are consumed bythem only. This company wants to perform this practice because its competitors are gettinghuge competitive advantage by implementing above mentioned activity. If Hilton will makeeffort towards social communities then it can attract many individuals. Through this, companycan also get legal support form government. Hence, these are some main reasons whichhighlights importance of performing corporate social responsibility. Aim: The main purpose of This project report is to perform CSR practices to achievecompetitive advantage and substantial objectives as per the given case scenario.
