INTRODUCTIONCSR are one of the vital and essential elements at present era. CSR activities is all thoseactivities where an organisation avail extra benefits and services to the people of the society. Inmarket there are large number of problems and issues that take place, hence many companiestake initiatives for this. Improving the level and condition of the society organisation is planningto introduce new projects of CSR. This is basically a concept here company implement newactivities where society will be benefits along with that corporate also get advantage in market tocompete with others (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi, 2013).Brooklands hotel is a new firm that is been started its business in Weybridge. It is a 4*hotel, it is having 106 employees who are working in effective and appropriate manner. In thisreport company's CSR activities that it is going to introduce will be discussed here along withthis research in market and its analysis will also be understood.TASK1P1) Clear aims and objective of survey.At present scenario, Corporate social responsibility has become an essential part forevery organisation to adapt. It is very vital for company to plan several aspects that are related tothe CSR activities. This will help in adapting new changes of market and will assist in attainingsustainable growth and aims. This aspect also help organisation in attracting more customerstowards its products and services. This is also considered as the promotional techniques throughwhich company can be able to promote its products and services (Aghaei Meibodi andMonavvarian, 2010). As Brooklands Hotel is very new and is into services sector, now it isplanning to implement CSR activities, so that it is able to serve more effectively andappropriately to its customers.Topic- “Applying Corporate social responsibility activities inside enterprise to meetsustainable objectives”.Research backgroundOrganisation always want to sustain and grow in market hence it become very essentialfor them to perform in more appropriate and effective manner. Sustainable objectives are allthose plans and standards which is introduced by firm as to meet long term aims and to reduceissues and problems that might get faced by them in market. competitors in market it is planning to introduce corporate social responsibility act so that theycan be able to get competitive benefits in marketplace (Barringer, 2012). In current scenario it has become very essential to set a standard in market. It is necessaryfor a company to create and effective brand image in minds of customers so that they can be ableto provide services in most influencing manner. This can only be attained if company will beimplementing corporate social responsibilities in its operations and functions. Nation'sgovernment is also providing assistance to different organisation who are getting into suchactivities as because these are very helpful in developing nation's economy and presentcondition.
