INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is creating various changes and alternation is the working system of
an organisation availing companies various benefits and profits along with consumer number
increment etc. The organisations utilise digitalisation in order to meet the process of
communication and advancements of system. Kensington college of business is creating a 'global
campus' after the period of “Brexit” in order to enhance the number of students in their
institution (Bruce, Malcolm and O’Neill, 2017). This report will analyse the usefulness of digital
technology in operating the key challenges in the business environment for which whole
business project would be managed.

P1 Explain project aims and objectives
After the period of Brexit, there are various business organisation who have faced the
business loss and fall due to the break in consumer chain. The companies with the EU and
Eastern European consumer will have to struggle with the new consumer building procedure.
This is essential for each firm to set the certain goals and objectives for implementing advanced
digital technologies for growth and process of business expansion (Sullivan, 2017). Through the
assistance of involvement of digital disruption, an organisation can meet the required mission
and meet a new as well as potential consumer base. These techniques can be used for resolving
various business issues and manage which is barrier in success. An organisation can meet their
determined objectives of campaign, mission and other goals with the help of specific technology.
Background of Project
In order to adopt various changes in the business environment, an organisation need to
make various alternation and modification in their working structure and system in order to face
challenges and solve the problems in business environment. In United Kingdom, after the
introduction of Brexit, the country has been facing fall in the consumer base. KCB need to
improve the amount of their students as the numbers of EU students is going to dissolve from
college. When an organisation need to evolve according to changes, the digitalisation have
become more effective and appropriate term in the business industry (Christopher and et. al.,
2011). Thus, through the help of such technology alternation, the company has been able to meet
competitive edge in effective manner.

Aim: The major institution purpose is to increase the consumer base in the organisation and
enhance the system through executing the campaign of “Global Campus” (Sople, 2016). The aim
of project is 'The key challenges to business that operates in an environment where digital
technology is under-utilised: A Case study of Kensington College of Business.'
Objectives:
 To identify the major challenges which an organisation operates due to under-utilised
technologies.
 To assess the impact of transformation of new digital technology in 'Global Campus' in
KCB.
 To investigate the utilisation of digital technology in key challenges resolution in
environment.
Research questions:
 What are the challenges that KCB due to under-utilised digital technologies?
 How the transformation of new technology can impact on Global Campus in KCB?
 How to investigate the use of new digital technologies in resolving issues and challenges
of organisation?
P2 Making project management plan
This is paramount for an organisation to evolve the managing project plan for a tea for
proper management of the respected project (Harmaala, 2015). This aid in conducting the certain
systematic research through properly determine time, quality, risk, scope etc. The process of
project management plan can help in saving time, cost, risk and quality of the project in order to
cope-up with the projects. Here are mentioned some of those elements which is mentioned as
below: Scope: It is one of the major essential elements which help in understanding the
organisational scope after the analysis of challenges and making proper planning and
work execution in effective way. Through the help of new technologies, the organisation
can meet new students base from UK. This require to adopt effective and appropriate
