Equality and diversity are two crucial components for maintaining and developing an
organisational culture. It enables in improving employee performance and achieving of mission
and vison of business in order to gains level of competitive advantages against respective
competitors in among the business for more respective moments (Adamson and et.al 2016). In
more of today’s world the company is majorly developing more level of strategies in ways to
make the better place for employees with having payments of equal right as rather than paying
major avoidance between employee with term to gender discrimination.

BACKGROUND
The company ASDA in making with proper implementation for equal level of rights
along access to educations and opportunities to have equal development in order to have
succession in market development. The company is facing level of difficulties in developing the
appropriate strategies to prolong the issues. So, it has highly impacted on their overall growth
and development. (Reguera-Alvarado, and et.al., 2017)
AIM:
To investigate the impact of diversity of gender equality to gain competitive advantage in global
market- A Case On ASDA
Objectives
To analyse impact of diversity and equality on employee performance of ASDA.
To identify the effectiveness of different strategies of gender equality in corporates
organization.
To study different challenges faced in implementation of equality and diversity in
corporate structure.

MAIN BODY
P2 project management plan
Cost – it is measured to be a vital aspect which makes the company to have longlines to have
accomplishment of the research in appropriation of time period in developing more effective way
which makes business have major level f development. In order to accompts product they will be
requirements of 35 pound. (Kirton and Greene, 2015)
Scope- the search will helps scholar and company to make various strategies in making major
level of consideration in more effective and efficient wats which helps in developing the
knowledge in regardless to topic development.
Time- researcher needs to determine the total time required to complete study. The present
project will be completed in 8 weeks. The time period is required of developing the business
research repot in more effective level.( Wrench, 2015)
Quality – For maintaining quality of data, scholar will store data in database and server. In that
data will be stored in segregated way.
Communication- the team members have to communicate with each other properly to share data
and information. so, here communication will be done via e mail.
Risk- it is necessary for scholar to identify risk that can occur in project. so, in order to do so risk
assessment will be conducted and accordingly proper measures and actions are taken. (Ashe and
Nazroo, 2017)
Resources- there are many other resources required as well in study. They are database,
computer systems, smart phone, stationary items, etc.
