In the current scenario it is very difficult to manage good
human resource for any organization. One of the reason
behind the same is Gender pay gap at the workplace as all the
employee always desire a good sort of equality.
Equality is defined as the providing of equal opportunities to
all the employees within the company irrespective of age,
gender, income and other discriminating basis.

To identify impact of incorporating Gender pay gap in Booths store while operating business on a
global level.

global level
