Performance Review What was the project supposed to accomplish? The project is supposed to accomplished the aim i.e. to determine different strategies and initiatives which company put in place to build a diverse workforce. Through the study, researcher determine various strategies which in turn help to maintain equality and diversity within a workplace. So, this in turn provide benefits to the employees which in turn help to enhance the performance level of a company. •Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken. Yes, the project aim is succeed and meet the aim because as per the define timeline, all the activities are properly managed and monitored and this in turn clearly reflected whether the define task for a day is met or not. •What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives. During a study, I think that data collection methods are worked well because both primary and secondary data collection methods assist me to answer the research questions and this is fall under planning stage of project management plan. Such that I perform primary research in order to determine the views of different respondents and this in turn assist to conduct the research in better manner. •What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process? During the research, I face time management issue because when the plans are set properly, but still I face issue in order to manage the things because of having low knowledge of research methodology. In order to overcome this issue, I take a help of my tutor and with their guidance I manage the work and work accordingly. Yes, there are timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process because I keep working as per the define timescale. •What did you learn from undertaking the project? I have learnt the variety of the knowledge in context of how to carry out the project in the organization and also information regarding the topic of the project. Also I have learnt a good sort of skill set in in such as sourcing skill as well as communication skill. As this project has asked me to source the variety of the information from the market and communicate with the senior as well. •How would you rate your performance as project manager? I will rate it very high if rating it on the scale of 10 then it must be 9 or 9.5, rating which I have deducted is just because I have panic a bit in the project when there was a tough time.

•What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify? Looking at the strength it has been identified that I was able to source the good quality of the information for the project and also I was able to communicate in good way in the project. At the same time looking at the negative aspect or weakness it has been identified that I used to find it difficult to solve the variety of the problem that easily in the project. Also, I used to find it difficult to manage the time well by my own in the project. •How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
