Background of the study
Digital technology has been changing and developing the business activities or functions
performed by each and every organization or company. Technology plays a major role in
transforming business operations, various models used traditionally had changed in last many
years. Optimum utilization of digital technology can help businesses to improve their
performance by increasing effectiveness and efficiency within organizational functions. It assists
companies in developing existing products or services as well as introducing new products in the
market (Boyle, 2017). Thee digital technology influence different departments or functions of an
organization as discussed below -

INTRODUCTION
Business environment is changing rapidly which brings various challenges to business
functions and operations. The organizations or companies requires overcoming these challenges
with help of various innovative tools and techniques (Crane and Matten, 2016). An organization
needs to make effective change, management system for minimizing negative impact of changes
within business environment. The present report is in context to Continental Consulting Limited,
which is a research and business consultancy organisation.

 Handle operation of management to meet customer satisfaction level: In this context,
customer satisfaction is one of the most important part to cover cost and increase
organisation’s performance. There are some major changes for increasing current level
and management can concentrate on every customer’s needs and demands. Operations
management must be focused on the internal working environment for managing
employees. It will also help to increase levels of profitably and so on. Project must be completed on time: The project must be completed on time and manage
resources for improving successful business report. Time constraints refer to the
limitations on start and end times of each task in a project's critical path, which is the
sequence of tasks that cannot be delayed without delaying entire project. The
investigation project must set time limit for each and every task, which is beneficial for a
research report. The time determined by the researcher is 50 days. Set budget: The research work will be based on amount of budget allotted for a particular
task. It is the most important part to achieve research’s aim on time. It manages some
successful factors and budgets will help in distribution of activity as per the needs of
current market share. Risk: Research report is based on different kind of risk to manage resource and
development of other potential factors. There are many factors, which will give negative
impact on the overall working environment and reduce value of research project.
 Communication: In this context, communication plays a most important role for guiding
people about internal activity. Communication is the act of conveying the right message
to the right people and the right place. It must be focus on culture, lifestyle, behaviour
and motivation of employees to cover the cost. The communication methodology is used
to create and implement the communication plan. On the other hand, research report uses
different level of connection and face-to-face communication roles of the sender and
receiver are not distinct as both parties communicate with each other.
