Background of the study

objectives effectively(Chaffey and Patron,2012).A good management plan helps an organisation
to carry out the business operations and activities in the best way possible. This report in context
of the Alsop and Walker, a UK based cheese manufacturing company, this organisation
manufacture variety of cheeses which has helped them to create a good market share in the
industry. This report will identify and determine a most effective project management plan that
can help the company to achieve their business objectives effectively.
This report will determine the needs and importance of adopting the various digital
technologies for the growth and development of the Alsop and walker. The utilisation of various
technical equipments, applications and programs refers to the digital technology. The use of
digital technology helps an organisation or business to develop effectiveness and efficiency
