development. Continental Consulting Limited is thinking to improve their IT techniques which
help them to perform business operations easily and in effective manner. Research is performed
to know what changes are effective and significant for growth of business (Keller, Parameswaran
and Jacob, 2011). With up-gradation of digital technology, it is easy to provide services. Mobile
technology helps to keep data handy and provide satisfaction to customers. Mobile technology is
one of the most famous technique which helps clients to operate on phone and problem can be
filed frequently. It is easy to expand business in different parts of company.
As per case of Continental Consulting Limited, mangers are thinking to use new
techniques which helps them in achieving targets (Garrison and et. al., 2010). Due to use of old
technique, this affects customer satisfaction and there is lack in quality of consultancy services.
So managers of Continental Consulting Limited are thinking to launch online application which
helps to resolve problem of customers at their doorstep. It is easy for Continental Consulting
Limited to market their brand through digital techniques. There are possibilities to make workers

aware of some techniques which are effective and significant for organisational growth and
development. As there are many competitors, so it is essential to upgrade their technology. There

management plan which includes elements such as cost, risk, time etc., as these are very essential
for the completion of project effectively. Following are some major components that are required
to prepare project management plan:
 Scope: Every organisation have some scope whether it is small or large which help firm
in achieving their goals and objectives by providing directions within the specified period
of time. Mobile technology which involves CDMA technology, provides a platform
where number of transmitters send data at the same time on single channel. This help

Research designs are of three types i.e. exploratory, descriptive and experimental. As per
the above case descriptive is appropriate research design (Viaene and Van den Bunder,
2011).
 Data collection:- It refers to the process of collecting the information from different
sources for getting the complete and accurate picture of an area of interest. It is basically
divided into two parts that is primary and secondary method (Zhao, 2012). Primary
method refers to the collection of data which is done directly by the researcher and for the
first time, it includes methods such as questionnaire, interview etc. Secondary method
refers to the information which is available from other sources, both internal as well as
external sources. It includes methods such as organisational record, government
departments, books, journals, newspapers etc.
 Data analysis:- Data analysis refers to the process of extracting relevant information
using analytical and logical reasoning which is further used in decision making process. It

I encounter various difficulties while conducting a research and for effectively managing

While performing research I also faced various issues such as lack of time and money. Because
of low time limit, I approach limited number of people i.e. 30 respondents for survey which is
very difficult to draw conclusion. The budget provide to me was also very low for conducting a
extensive research which also affected the content of research.
Beside this I used various tools and techniques for collecting information about different
topics and I put more emphases for proper utilisation of limited resources so that best possible
outcome can be achieve. I tried that information collected by me must be reliable and accurate so
that result could be favourable and done in effective manner. I also tried that company do not
suffer from much expenses in promoting their services, so that organisation can enhance their
image within the market without spending much.

Feelings- This is the researcher feelings are discussed. This stage is essential because this
