and beneficial for the organisation. In this Android is more effective and useful system for the
ZOCDOC to provide information related to the medicine to the customers. In this more than half
of population are favour and remaining are say as IOS and many other web application are useful
for the organisation. Company wants to expand their business operation and activities through
digital technology. But in implementation of this company face some issue like lack of
knowledgeable workers, money and many other. So in order to overcome this issue business
should conduct training programs to their workers so they can easily deal with customers. In this

money is another main issue that impact on business expansion. Therefore to overcome such
problem an enterprise should try to use different sources of fund such as bank, family funding,
peers to peers and many other.

As per above I came to cognize that the digital technology are not only essential for the
employees but it also effective for the business entity which has been newly implanted in
the marketplace. The digital technology not only assist in accomplishing the better results but
they also support in attracting large number of customers. In any case the theoretical concepts
and the understanding about the digitalisation, I also came to knowing that how one has to
evaluate the information or content from the books, journal publication, journal and magazines.
There are different primary and secondary source but I only use questionnaire as a primary
source part. On the other hand, the period alloyed for executing the research work was not more
high but still I was essentially capable to done the activity of research on that time duration.
Further, at the period of time of directing the data analysis tool, I increase knowledge and
understanding about the software and many other tools which is followed in evaluating the
content. With the support and use of the diagram and the thematic evaluation, I was capable and
knowledgeable to done the task in giving time duration. Thus, it is essential for for me to develop
my skills and knowledge on specific topic of research.

important role in developing companies who are at working at small scale or large scale.
