working environment. This concept is growing at a very fast rate inside the business environment
and each and every company is advised to use this concept inside their work culture. This is a
very innovative concept and this helps in doing all their work in an easier manner. It saves a lot
of time as well. It is also believed that it is a one time investment by the company and it will
benefit the company for a longer period of time (Alreemy and et. al., 2016). Through these
digital technologies, small businesses are also getting opportunities to achieve growth and
development inside the work environment. Now-r-days people have shifted from traditional
marketing to modern marketing and for this digitalisation are very essential. This report is based
in the small business organisation named as ZOCDOC. It is an online medical scheduling
company which is also famous for it’s free of charge medical search care facility. The report will
cover aims and objectives of the research, a project management plan, action plan will be formed
linked to the impact of digital technology on small business. Along with this, Data investigation
and interpretation will also be done so also get corrective results.

are so many small businesses that has been started so as to take full advantage of this. I t is
prescribed to all the companies to use digital technologies in their working so as to bring growth
and development inside the work organisation. It is said that if the companies will make use of

It is important so that business running there achieve growth more frequently (Conforto and
Amaral, 2016). ZOCDOC is a small organisation which provide online medical services to
public. Their aim is to provide services easily so that they get edge over competitors. There is
requirement to modify technologies like modern machines, updated software, cloud technology,
etc. This will help in reducing manual work and this will help in good quality services in
specified time. This improves the efficiency of employees as they feel competent to outer world.
This is important to give more emphasis on digital technology so that they can more number of

customer. ZOCDOC come with innovation in which they get provide service to their registered
customer by giving them knowledge about due date of their check-up.

technology. Customer is main component which helps in getting profit and growth to business,
so technology will provide support to customer's satisfaction (Kasemsap, 2016). Administration
department of ZOCDOC has to aware about latest methodology in industry, this will make good
use. To adopt any technology there must be proper analysis must be done because there is
requirement of cost, so the technique which is suitable for organisation has to be adopted.
Software which ZOCDOC wants to use is to [provide support to customer, with this customer
will prefer their firm. There must be requirement of doctors as well to provide timing services,
there can be emergency to customer but it is important to provide qualitative services.

factors that help in achieving success in the management project. The factors stated below:-
 Cost: In this ZOCDOC company has to analyse all the factor related to cost incurred in
project. For success innovation is important require lot of investment is to be done by the
companies in order to provide something new in market. Since ZOCDOC started just
with an idea to give medical facilities it require various funds and good guidance so
optimum utilisation of resources is possible.
 Time: Whenever plan is made related to project management then in such case project
manager is given duty to make sure that all the activities accomplished in specified time
period. In the plan also every task is allotted a particular span of time so all the
employees needed to complete task in limited time period only. All the process help in
accomplishing the project on time period.
 Scope of project: the scope of project is very high as it will open the new direction for
ZODOC in the market. This will help in earning more and comprise more customers also
improving image of company. All this help in increasing earnings and productiveness.
 Risk: Since ZOCDOC is running in small size so by brining new innovation also create a
risk of failure if customer not liked the features of products. On the other hand if
feedback regarding product is good in market also have slight risk. Therefore it is
necessary to scan all the factor associated with risk and establish measures to solve it.
 Communication: ZOCDOC should take care that effective communication is maintain
between buyer and seller so that all the information related to products are transfer to
them. All these measure ease the work of organisation (Liebowitz and Frank, 2016).
Quality control: ZOCDOC online platform where medicines are available simply without any
efforts. Although company need to concern regarding the quality of goods and services because
it help in increasing the goodwill of company. If company compromise in standard quality leads
to dilute the business of company activities.

Research is said to be a very complex subject where a lot of time and money is invested so
as to so as to get corrective results from the research process conducted. The investigator is
required to do a proper study so as to get find new ways for completing their projects in an
effective manner. They are also allowed to analyse al the factors that are related to external
environment like political, legal, technological etc. and check their impact on the project.
Therefore , it is very important for the investigator to make sure that all the activities are being
conducted in an effective manner .
But everything is not as smooth as it seems. While conducting the research the
investigator faced a lot of problems as there are lot of problems. In this, the investigator had to
collect the data from the sample respondents but the respondents selected were not able to share
their information in an effective manner as some of them were having language issues. So, it was
a major problem tat was faced by the researcher. Also, the money that was allotted to be used to
conduct the operation was also less but somehow the researcher managed to conduct the
activities effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that digital technologies is a strong tool that is
helping all the companies to achieve higher position in the market. It is being used by all the
companies for completing their operations as it helps them in completing it within time and
without any issues as well. It is having a very strong impact on all the companies that are
working on small scale and gives them opportunities to develop and grow in their market area. In
this report, the researcher conducted the research by following all the rules and regulations and
