products by considering health and safety of customers, which is really very important.
Technologies make everything easy for buyers, it is beneficial for firms and people as well.
Many products or services in current time are produced for protecting well being of clients and
which makes them able to live without facing any health issues. The current study will base on
Smartplug as well established company. It will explain different kinds of research methods,

that good level of ethics are maintain in the organization, as it has been identified that Scholar in
the study has make sure to take the consent of all the participant before collecting the variety of
different sort of the information from the different individual in the market. Scholar in the
research has also make sure that good level of confidentiality throughout the process of
conducting the research in the market (Almalki, 2016).
Limitation: There are varieties of different sort of limitation which was also identified by
the scholar in the process of conducting the report was that time allotted to complete the project
on the time was very limited in number, hence with the help of team the scholar was able to
complete the different project on time.

company are responsible for the same. At the same time 25 participant has highlighted that user
are equally important for the health of the consumer in the market.

understanding that it is the responsibility of all
the organization to maintain the interest and
health of consumer in market
Weakness of the finding is that some of the
individual were having the opinion that user
are equally responsible, for the same reason
organization has to make sure that they used to
invest good resources to teach the consumer
about how to use different product of
company.
Opportunity Threat
These interpretations clearly state that
maintaining the health consideration will
eventually help the company in getting the
competitive advantage in the market. As it has
been identified that all consumer demand the
same.
Threat to interpretation is that any mistake in
the product of the company can create the
wrong image on to the individual in the
market.

Collecting and analysing the information about the company it has been analysed that out of 100
pool respondent 88 are with the statement presented above. As it has been identified that these
sort of the result was pass by different literature in Literature review section of the study.
Remaining 12 respondent was not toward the same as they marked no as a option and supported
their opinion.

responsibility of all company so it is not that

enhance goodwill of the company can be
promoted in a great way to attract of different
consumer toward the product.
Threat related to the same is that it may have
the negative impact as well as any wrong
decision will negatively drive the goodwill of
the company.

considering consumer health
Data collected and gather used to give idea that reduced sales of the company in the market and
legal complicacies are the two type of the issue which can be faced by the organization in the
market. Collected data shows that 58 respondent has passed on the opinion of reduced in sales of
the company. 38 has presented the view point in the legal compliance in the market. Remaining 4
participant has highlighted the point view of employee conflict in market.

Looking at the strength of this outcome this
has been identified that there are variety of the
negative impact which may have o be seen by
the organization in the long run. So they have
to make sure that they used to take the variety
of the decision on the timely basis to manage
consumer interest.

impact the efficiency of the business in the
long run.

company in the market. From the participant pool of 100 participant 80 has selected the same.
Remaining 20 participants has selected the different opinion in the organization.

been identified that organization will be at

consider the same as well in the organization.
Looking at the weakness of the opinion it has
been identified that this way do not used to

market. So it is not that great opinion in real.

identified it may help the company in
improving the customer base of the company
in the market.
Looking at the threat aspect it will increase the
cost of the company as organization in the
market has to make sure that they used to invest

consumers company is effectively building strong image and increasing consumer base.
Researcher by using varied approaches and research methods gathered a lot of data related to
topic. By following ethical consideration they conduct research in effective manner and provide
desired results. Furthermore, it has been summarized that majority of respondents chosen by
investigator are providing right information, they are in favour of Smart plug as company. It can
be said that organization by considering health prospective of several consumers effectively and
efficiently building positive image in market, which turn into increasing productivity and
profitability.
Moreover, it has been evaluated that Smart Plug considers everything about their target
market, which is actually quite important and beneficial for them. They use the best and potential

ways for serving people. Buyers by using mobile app direct communicate with management or
workers of company in order to collect information and take directions from them for taking
good care of them. Not only organization, local people are also equally responsible for their well
being. By following all guidelines and instructions it is possible that individual take a good care
of them. Furthermore, from above discussion it has been identified that majority of respondents
are in side of several things that related to firm. Company while taking decision in context of
protecting health of different consumers consider their health with full concentration.
Recommendation-
Smart Plug Company to maintain health and safety of target and potential consumers do a
lot of attempts, which makes them capable to sustain for long and retain clients as well. There
are many ways accessible in market which they can use and implement within business practices
for further growth and success.
 The best thing company can do is recruitment of skilled and talented applicants.
Organization should hire people who are highly knowledgeable and experienced as well
as those how can communicate with consumers in regard to guide them. It is really very
essential for firm to provide appropriate directions because it manage and protect people
from taking inappropriate medicines or other harmful products that impact on health in
negative manner.
 Furthermore, Smart Plug Company must use advanced technologies to interact with
people; share precautions related information and directions about how to use any
product or service that direct impact on health. With the help of using developed and
advanced technologies firm should promote health and safety measures and identify
potential ways through which they can achieve set aims of business.
 Without understanding needs and requirement of buyers no one can prevent people from
any dangerous situation. Management must trained their staff in effective manner and
arrange workshops at workplace for them through which they can increase level of skills
& knowledge rather than before and serve it best in context of consumers health.

While conducting a research, a person according to me can learn a lot things or skills,
which they will use for further opportunities. I can say that while gathering data and analysis it, I
have learned so many things which makes me able to be good researcher. First of all a researcher
should understand the value of time. So I comprehend it and learned how to manage time and
complete work on timely manner. With the help of developing time management skill I had
deliver results and quality work in effective manner. Along with positive things, I also want to
say that I face so many issues during process of communication and data collection. It affect on
my performance and deliverables of project. I need to overcome all these problems and for that I
had take suggestions from experienced persons that helped me a lot and now I can communicate
with respondents to collect data or information from them about above chosen topic of current
research. By learning above things and developing new skills I can effectively work in the future
