media account people is more comfortable in doing chats now. That is why the software of
internal chat is important because it will facilitate the ease of spreading news among team
member without any change in the message. People will receive the information on real time
hence the confusion and conflicts will be reduces. The important thing that came out in this
research was that many business to business clients were interested in having this chat tools
for their customer as well. This means that it shows the future possibilities for us to come
with a solution for the business client which give them facility to interact with their customer
via that chat tool. So for the time being there is a need to focus on future requirement of the
chat tool. It will helps us to become market leader in chat tool software if Softwire could
deliver the both the chat tool on the time.
Feature: The next important recommendation is to work on the features of the chat tool. The
chat tool needs to be rich in feature so that it could create a buzz in market. The major
concern that came out in the study is the people are conscious about security. This concern
needs to give a special treatment. It is required that the chat tool must possess the security
features. Two way verification or encryption of data facility should be there in the software.
Easy to use: With the rich features the tools should be easy in use. The most important
criteria of success of project depend upon the easy of the product. The chat tool must be an
