Managing the Organization: A Review of Literature

The assignment is a comprehensive review of literature on managing the organization, drawing from 17 articles and research papers published between 2012 and 2015. The documents explores themes such as supply chain management, product service systems, ethnographic study, pay for performance programs, transformational leadership, change management, commitment to change, business excellence through sustainable change management, sensemaking/sensegiving in transformational change processes, catch-up strategies in the Indian auto components industry, total productive maintenance review, and the effectiveness of change management in a public organization. The findings and insights from these studies are presented in a way that provides valuable information for students and researchers interested in managing the organization.
