This dissertation aims to investigate the impact of work motivation on employee performance and productivity in Air Service Limited, Guyana. It explores the factors affecting work motivation and provides recommendations for improvement. The study uses a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, descriptive design, and survey research strategy. The sample size consists of 117 employees selected through simple random probability sampling. The research findings indicate a strong correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors, as well as their correlation with employee performance and productivity. The study concludes that work motivation has a significant impact on employee performance and business productivity.
