applied for achievement of objectives.
In this context, WAHACA is Mexican restaurant chain which has developed its
own branches in London. The main objectives of organisation is increase its
market share and profitability to sustain its operations in competitive business
environment.
Internal analysis of organisation is accomplished to determine the competencies
of organisation towards accomplishment of objectives.

Financial analysis: In the year 2016, WAHACA has achieved a revenue of
around 6.5 million in comparison with previous year. By making investments in
new marketing and communication channels the organisation will be able to
increase its sales and profitability.
Value chain analysis: In present situation, company has more than 25
restaurants and also its official website. Moreover, it is recognized as one of the
most popular Mexican restaurants.

tax policies, legislations, employment laws and provision
that provides impact on the business of organisation. In
present context, Brexit has provided major impact on
decision of marketing and business operations of enterprise
