order to create awareness among customers related to their
products and services.

In context to the micro-environment of Hilton hotel, the
employees are well effective in delivering their best services
to consumers.

The present presentation is based on Hilton hotel, that operates

Components of marketing mix play the significant role in the
hospitality industry. With the use of marketing mix, it
becomes easy for the company to increase the sales and
profitability (Radwan, 2016).
It can be stated as one of the main strategies in the marketing
plan which helps in accomplishing the objectives.

the elements of the marketing mix are used effectively and
efficiently (Yadav and Singh, 2014).
It's each element play the significant role such as product and
services which company wants to deliver to its customer
should have some unique features so that customer can be
