Executive Summary
The main aim of this paper will be to prepare a one-year marketing plan for the organization of
NRM Telecom and Security Services. A brief description of the company will be provided along
with the strategic plan that the management of this organization need to follow in order to taste
the success in the market place where it will perform. The existing situation analysis of this
company will be analysed based ion the SWOT and PESTLE Analysis, which will help to
identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for this particular company along
with the political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors that may
affect the flow of the business operations. The focus of the services that are operated by the
management of this Canadian based company will be laid, which will help them to maintain the
flow of their existing business operations in the region where they perform. The marketing
strategy along with the marketing mix that need to be followed by the management of NRM
Telecom and Security Services will also be laid in this report. The financial plan for this one year
marketing plan will also be projected, so that the budget can be accumulated by the management
of this business house. The implementation plan that will be discussed will be provided to the
management so that they will be strategize their business accordingly, along with the monitoring
and evaluation plan, so that the competitiveness of the services that are offered by NRM
