The marketing is the concept of the promoting the products and services in order to
increase market share. It is very important for the organisation to promote its brand and the
products in order to gain the competitive advantage. There are various skills which are required
in order to be an effective marketing manager which need to be adopted in order to attract
customer. The negotiation skills plays the vital role in the marketing where the manager need to
focus on addressing the demands of the customers while making profits for the business
enterprise. The organisation which is chosen for this report is Marks and Spencer which is the
British multinational retailer brand situated in United Kingdom. This is the company which deals
in clothing, home and food products. (Nayar,. and Koul, 2020). This report will include various
topic such as pestle and swot analysis, explanation of marketing mix, sales and negotiation skills,
and at last recommendation for the business organization.
