INTRODUCTION Communication is medium by which an individuals can share its thoughts and ideas tothe other individuals in order to perform various functions of business in effective manner(Gorman, 2011). individuals there are various communication models by which the senders and receivercommunicate with themselves. These communication models are describe below: Shannon and weaver: This models was related to the technologies which are used in thefunctioning of radio and telephone. This models is based on the three parts such as sender,channel, and receiver. The senders was being part of a telephone in which a person spokes andthe telephone is channel to communicate where as the receiver is the individuals who receivemessage. Constructive Model: This is a progression from Lasswell attempt in order to define the humancommunication by the medium of sending various text message. This theory is used by thesender in order to construct message for the receiver in order to communicate with the othersmodels this leads to accomplish various functions of models in effective way. There are varioustypes of message which are used to communicate with the different individuals. This is based onthe various discipline like philosophy, sociology and many other thinking.Interactive model: it is two linear models which are stacked with each other, the senderschannel a message to the receiver and the receiver then become the senders and the message sendto the original sender. This is called as the two way communication system by which the variousindividuals can communicate with the various individuals at one time. These communication models are used by the sender and receiver to pass the relevantinformation in order to communicate with receivers. There are various types of new and innovative communication system which areused in the organisation in order to pass different types of communication to the variousindividuals. These effective communication system are describe below: e-mail: This is one of most important communication system which are used by organisation inorder to deliver the various information to individuals in short time period. This is digitaltransformation of the sending message to the receiver. Video conferencing: this is expensive communication system by which can communicate withthe individuals face to face in order to arrange meeting and conferencing with the othermembers of team in order to perform different types of functions of organisation in propermanner.
