Introduction
Levis stand out to be as the best leading brand among the apparel firms. The organization
is focused on design and marketing of jeans, tops, footwear and related accessories. Levis focus
on market its products in three of the regions that are the Asia Pacific, Europe and America. The
marketing strategy of the organization is merely inclusive of television ads with old recordings
(Kerzner, 2017). Levis stand out to be as one of the iconic brand on global platform. It was
originally produced by Bavarian immigrant at the time of dying years. At present, Levis come up
with the ways required for defining the iconic significance on the global platform. Levis have to
come in such a way that it can define the overall essence of the brand better than most of the
product. In the year 2002, UK version of magazine have highlighted Levis as the clothing brand
and staple to global wardrobe.
In the coming pages of the report, a project management plan has been created by using
five stages of project management plan. The next part deals with use of success criteria and
software from the previous assessment.

5 Stages of Project Management Plan
As per PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), the success factor project
for Levis can be divided into five stages (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer, 2017). All of these five
stages are carried out sequentially so that it can be done out of order. At the time of project
changes, project manager would like to go for the planning stage.
Initiation of Project
This stand out to be first stage of the project lifecycle for changing the failure of Levis
into magic and success of firm. It stand out to be point where the project is valuable and all of its
feasibility is measured (Heagney, 2016). Project Manager makes use of two kinds of tools that
help in deciding for pursuing the project.
Business Case Document: The document helps in justifying the project need of Levis,
which is inclusive of estimation of financial benefits of project for its success.
Feasibility Study: It stand out to be an evaluation of project goals of Levis success
project, cost and timelines that helps in analyzing the point whether the project needs to be
executed or not (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). It helps in creating a balance in between
requirements of the Levis success project that are not there in given resources.
Levis needs to develop both business case document and feasibility report with
understanding of its customer base (Turner, 2016). This merely comprises of all the required
