Introduction
Business Communication is sharing information between people within and outside the
organization which is performed for commercial benefit of the business entity (Brody, 2004).
The present research study has been made on communication process of Tesco and along with
that, researcher has also discussed the ways through which Tesco collects and stores
information on diverse systems.
In such respect, several approaches have been defined for disseminating information into
different departments and areas.

There are diversified approaches for collection, storage and dissemination of information which helps Tesco to
maintain adequate communication among all the departments (Carley, 2012).
Sources such as electronic media, mails, telephones and oral media could assist the Tesco to disseminate
information from one place to another.
Tesco believes in direct communication in which all the employees are allowed to communicate and interact
with others for various purposes.
