INTRODUCTION
Action plan works as a guide for a person in which a person writes up the skills in which
he wants to master in, strategies or tactics which he will going to use and the time period for
which that strategies will be used by that person (Abusaada and Elshater, 2020). The action plan
is a framework which will help an individual in achieving his goals which he has set for himself.
This report will discuss about the action plan for skills in which I want to gain command as this
will help in getting a good employability.
