Every organization operates more a primary motive to earn profits. Profit earning by an
organization depends on a number of factors. These factors can be both financial and non
financial. For the measuring of success these factor, both financial and non financial are assessed
to know about the actual success or weak performance of any company.

investment company operating in United Kingdom. The company has its headquarters in
London, England. It is a listed company on London Stock Exchange.

People
