RE: STARTING OF A NEW PROJECT
Following the meeting with the management on (...........), it was discussed and agreed that
we need to start a new project as the previous one had come to an end successfully. As we are
all aware that the organization has a target of three projects in a year, in which we are done
with two, so we have one pending project which should be covered by the end of the year.
Following the recent case, high levels of orphans in orphanage homes, and our project will
focus on charity. In this line, we are required to identify a charity project that can be adopted.
The survey team will survey the affected areas and come up with the list. The new project
proposed will involve donating foodstuffs, clothing, and stationaries to the children in two of
the nearest children orphanages for the next three months. The donations will be scheduled to
take place on a monthly basis. The new project was proposed to start in (...............) and
end in (...........)
Therefore, all the members are requested to attend a meeting that will be held at the staff
meetings room number one (001) without fail. The members are asked to be seated at exactly
0800 hrs. The meeting is expected to take approximately 4 hours.
