INTRODUCTION
National health service is the public service organization and it is funded by public. It
was formed in 1948 and it was primarily funded by the government. The report is focusing on
interventions which are used to promote the healthy methods for overcoming stress. It is
including the strategies which are used for building the resilience in individuals. Report is
including the role of supervision in supporting the well-being of public service workers. Report
is discussing the personal plan to enhance the mental health and awareness related to the public
service workers.

In the health organization employees are working to overcome stress. The organisation
has come up with stress management tips which would help individuals to overcome stress.
Keep the positive attitude
Individual must keep positive attitude which would help them to overcome stress. Due to
the positive attitude of individuals are working in effective manner. Positive attitude would
motivate individuals to perform better and improve the performance. Due to positive attitude
individuals are building the strong relations with the friends and families. Individuals would
spend time with friends and families. Individuals would be happy, and they would enjoy the
work in the effective manner (Roh, and et.al., 2016).
Be assertive while being aggressive
Individual must be assertive and not react on situations in the aggressive way. The
aggressive attitude of individuals would result in the rude behaviour of individuals. The attitude
of individuals must be positive and individuals would work effectively. Positive attitude of
individuals are in increasing the performance. It would reduce the stress of individuals and one
would be enjoying the life without any stress (Mansfield, and et.al., 2016).
Practice relaxation techniques
Individual must do the relaxation techniques which would relax them. Individual would
try to do yoga and meditation. It would improve the concentration of Individual and relax mind
of person. Stress would be managed if the individuals are practising the relaxation techniques. N
individual need to manage work and use the effective techniques which would improve the
mindset of individuals.

Exercise regularly
Individual must exercise regularly for relaxing and working in effective manner. Exercise
is strengthening the muscles and due that the individual would feel fit and active. Due to exercise
individual would feel motivated and feel the positive energy among them which would result in
the increase in the positive attitude among individuals.
Eat healthy
Individual must eat healthy and try to eat the well-balanced meal. Well balanced meal
include proteins and vitamins which are necessary for individuals. The organization is providing
well-balanced meal to individual which are present at the organization. Do to healthy eating
habits of individuals, they would work in effective way and individuals would feel active and
enthusiastic (Van Der Vegt, and et.al., 2015).

In resilience the individuals feel free from the trauma stress and threats. There are various
strategies which are working to build resilience and individuals.
Make connections
Good relationships with the close family members, friends are playing the vital role in
building the nature and attitude of individuals. Individuals must accept the help and support from
friends and family. Some people are not able to build connections and these are affecting the
behaviour of individuals. Due to connections the people feel active, and they are provided with
the support form the other connections.
Move towards goals
One must move towards goals and achieve the targets which are set in life. Some goals
are small and these goals are easily achieved. Some goals are big goals and it needs time to fulfil
the goal. So individuals are focusing on long term goals which are set by them to achieve success
in life. These would help individuals to build the resilience among them, and they would feel free
from the stress and trauma (van Erp, and et.al., 2018).
Accept change
Individuals must accept the change and individuals must prepare themselves for changes.
Some individuals are not able to accept the changes, but they are working effectively. Some
individuals easily accept the change and these would affect the performance of individuals but in

the positive way. The acceptance of changes is affecting the individuals in positive way and
these would help individuals to feel free from stress and negativity among them.
Look for opportunities to discover themselves
Individuals must accept the weakness among them and try to overcome the weakness.
Individuals must search for opportunities which will improve the performance and nature of
individuals. People are learning new things in effective way and have grown the respect for
themselves In front of other people. Many individuals are facing the problems related to the hard

The individuals must be hopeful in every situation. These would affect the performance
of individuals and motivate them to improve nature of themselves. These would not increase the

The role and supervision of public service workers is playing the vital role in improving

The public service workers are motivating the includes, and they would be providing the

and counsellors are making them comfortable for sharing their problems. After listening to
problems of individuals they would help them and provide them guidance and advice what must
be done them. The counsellor is also motivating the individuals and look after that the
individuals are motivated to perform better (Ellis and Abdi 2017).
Coach
The public service workers are working as coach and provide the guidance related to the
problems faced by them. The individuals need to be corrected related to the performance, and
they are providing the knowledge to individuals related to the mistakes done by them. The
organisation is providing the training to the employees, how to handle the individuals and their
problems. Coach is providing guidance to individuals related to their issues and providing them
the charts which they need to follow.
Educator
Educator is one which is solving the problems of individuals and help the individuals to
perform better in the effective way. Educator would provide the knowledge to the individual and
guide them to perform better. Issues of individuals would be solved and directed by the public
service workers. The guidance would motivate people, and they would perform better and these
would result in decrease in stress and trauma faced by the individuals.

Weakness

working. Workers have to work at any time and In some case they need to work for 24 hours. So
these would affect the image of the organisation and mental health of employee which are
working is disturbed. So the employees need to provide the proper working time and in case of
the employees are working for 24 hours than see to it that they get proper rest Interval before
time.
Public service workers are working in company, and so they need proper rest interval and
proper time in interval for spending time with the family. Workers are working, but they also
have the family and friends, and so they need to spend the time with family and Friends. These
are affecting the mental health of the workers and also affecting their personal relations. Workers
are always with the positive attitude, and they would perform better with the positive attitude but
the workers are human beings and so in some cases they react in the aggressive way. These are
affecting the image of the workers in the organization. The mental health of individual is
affecting the work and performance of employee while completing the work. Improper mental
health would result in loss of the family and relations and individual would not able to complete
the work (Bakker 2015).
M4) examine the impact of colleagues friends and family on public service workers.
There is positive impact of the friends and family on employees which are working in
the as public service workers. These public service workers are working in organisation and
family and friends are supporting and managing the stress and trauma of individuals. The family
and friends are need to support and if not they need to work in the effective condition.
