This research proposal aims to analyse the impact of mental health on adults living in England during COVID-19 lock down. Mental health is a condition or state of the individuals welling, with good cognitive skills and stress management abilities, with the good mental health condition people can work productive and cope with normal stress of life. COVID-19 is the novel disease caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid-19 impacted socio-economic and health care structure of various countries, including UK. In the United Kingdom England one in the four people experience a mental health problem each year, there are the various factors of the life contribute to the mental health issues and during the covid-19 people mental health become more complicated and serious, impacting their living.
