Introduction
Mental health can be termed to be serious and the condition can take a person to serious
causes. Mental health is compulsory should be maintained and balance by any individual. As per
studies, mental health is serious and associated with number of factors that can be lead an
individual to major diseases which can be termed to be complicated to face. In this following
report, it will over major consequences of mental health as well as it can provide better
understanding of acute care of such individual in order to established well fare of an
individual(Mukhtar, 2020)
Main body
Mental health is essential for the human body to think, explore and develop. As mental
health can alternate any person in a way so that a person can change, motivate as well as
determine better version of themselves. There can be number f factors which can effect the
mental health such as depression causing symptoms, loss of someone who is loved , loose of
job , limb and so on. Based on life experience , whenever there Is a loss, an individual health can
be effected physically and mentally. Stress is the main factor which directly goes to someone
neurons and get settled for long duration of life expand. Major health issues one can suffer are
asthma, cardiac vascular disease, obesity, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and neurological disease and
so on.
Due to these serious issues , one can get brain haemorrhage, insomnia, bi-polar disease
or paralysis as well. In these cases, one can loose their job , aim and their reason of living. Carer
should know the basic signs of these chronic disease and they should make learn to an individual
that this is not the end, there is a lot things which are much awaited. The mental health also
effected by the atmosphere or environment in which an individual spending quality of time,
friend circle, the thing he or she watch listen and observe. As per the psychological
studies,human brain is divided in two parts and it is main system of a body which tend to have a
major responsibility of a though process. The body works as the instruction indicated brain that
only depends on the what the body is having inside in it. Depression is a mental disease which
can lead to serious causes. Mainly it is refereed as mood disorder.
According to view, the estimates that 8.1 percent of American adults ages over 20 and
over. There are ample of reason one can feel depressed. Since, every living being different in
