INTRODUCTION Consultancy is a practice of offering expertise to people which helps them to solve issues on particular topic. The present study will be based on independent professional who provide suggestion to clients and deliver possible outcomes for supporting them. It will be based on individual reflection in which it will cover what things are learned, how this learning changes thinking, how this learning influenced future professional skills and development. In addition to this, the study will highlight how this learning has developed career plan goals and objectives. Individual reflection by applying reflection theory Accountability coach is one of the important people who play a vital role that provide suggestion to other people in accomplishing their goals. With the help of effective and leadership skills, the accountability coach can help other to solve issues and provide them relevant recommendations. Skills such as active listening and problem solving. Accountability coach can pay attention to individual problems and motivate them to deal with difficult situation. Being accountability coach is one of the difficult task in today's world. Gibbs' reflection model is one of the best way one can use to reflect on experience (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). With the help of Gibbs reflection theory, I have developed my critical thinking skills and also a way to work through my experience. Also, it helps me to learn and plan things on the basis of what went well and what didn't go well. During the module journey, I have developed my understanding skills about know how people are concern about their health. I have also learned how can I develop focus and clarity among my clients. By having Gibbs reflective model I can easily evaluate myself and know about my strengths and weaknesses from which I can develop it by following few important steps (Ramly, 2021). At the time of module, I have learned that teamwork plays an important role because team work can enhance people to work towards their goals. It allows me to work alongside with other team-mates and also know about their strengths and weaknesses. This is mostly required to build a successful team. It allowed me to see the advantages of working with my team members to ensure the academic goals and targets we have set. As we all know that Reflection is all about critical thinking, reflecting on own self and careful thought about learning. By having reflection I can easily provide myself an opportunity to sort things through experiences and observation method. I have learned that by having possible interpretation I can easily create meaningful learning process. At that time I also learned
to those clients who struggle to strike a work life balance and who are facing long term relationship issues. By using personal interviews method in which I have asked questions in details to know about what happened, why it has happened and many more. Perhaps the most critical part of coach is to ask questions and follow open communication system between parties and coach (Jafari and et.al., 2021). With this, I have helped my client to overcome challenges to thrive at an optimal level based on their own knowledge level, experiences and skills and also abilities. As a coach I have encouraged other people and their meaningful thoughts that can help my clients to address an issue. One of my client have given an enough time to understand his issues and challenges faced by him. I understand that every coach need an enough time to individually write down things happened with clients and break down things in different sections in order to make action plan. While attending clients, one of my colleague were not feeling well as he was the main person who always attend client with emotional and mental health issues. In order to finish this case, I was the only one person who was there to attend them. At that time I was feeling quite tensed and nervous like how would I attend those clients which I have never attended before. But everything was going perfect as I have provided them some tips on healthier and happier lives and register him for training programmes. He was so impressed with my tips and gave me appreciation. This helped me to enhance my self-confidence and balance my stress levels at that time. Identifying how the experience is informing my future career plan From the above discussion it has been identified that experience about module learning helped me for future success and it is helpful for me to gain future goals. With the experience, I have gained an additional skills in problem solving, critical thinking and active listening which also helped me achieve my goals (Payton, 2018). This experience is informing my future career development and professional success. Also, learning beyond my academic degree will help me solve different types of issues in my professional life and also guide others as a consultant. Gain knowledge- With the help of experience I can gain knowledge as I am able to equipped with practical skills and critical solving skills that I can apply to any future job role (Ways work experience can help with future career, 2022). For example- in management related program I will be able to learn leadership skills and its concepts which can help me to deal with problems and conflict.
Enhance my skills such as soft skills- with experience I can enhance my soft skills in areas such as problem solving and collaboration skills (Ramly, 2021). This can add value to my future organization and also help me to be prepared to take the next step towards my professional goals. Can boost my confidence for successful career-when I learn new things beyond my academic degree and develop experience I am able to boost my self-confidence. I always remember a statement given by one of my tutor: When you earn an academic degree, you always accomplish a big step in life. But when you learn something extra and beyond degree you develop additional skills. By having experience I am able to enhance my career advancement. Grow social network- when you gain experience, you always grow your social network. It means experience can help me to interact with other people and meet talented people who may come from a different professional backgrounds. By having them as my colleague will help me to enhance my additional skills as a coach in the future and different job role. CONCLUSION To conclude, With the help of consultancy skills, additional skills, soft skills and knowledge the entity can solve issues raised by clients. By evaluating the study it has been concluded that to be successful in your future plan, one must have deep knowledge and experience and must gain skills that will help you take that next step in the future.
