INTRODUCTION
Mental wealth is defined as a core concept of being relatively good with the physical,
mental, spiritual, and emotional. Overall, this tends to create resilience and increase the overall
well-being of any individual by taking some of the core aspect such as physical base, mental
wellbeing, spiritual for context and so on. This all are equipped in such a way which used to
provide support and emotional support by family and friends. In this report, the mental wealth is
used to create an aspect of employability in the sector of hospitality events and tourism. As per
this, the chosen organisation filed in this part is tourism. Tourism is a section where number of
people or number of individual ones to start their career in appropriate manner because they have
a various department and create a chance of innovation and something new day today. This helps
to enable the creativity among the individual and create some of the challenging aspect which
make the job or career more appropriate and adventurous. This report state about the overview of
