Introduction
Some organizations have programs designed to train their trainees and employees. These
help them earn about their job and develop skills to perform them. These programs help an
organization to elevate their work standard and environment. As a result of these mentoring
service, production and performance increase at the workplace. Mentoring provides guidance to
the new employees which help them develop an understanding of their career. This is extremely
valuable for an employee to make progress and reach success.

In the initial years of career, an employee seeks guidance and supervision from someone
who is experienced for direction and advancement. A mentor’s knowledge and experience can
enlighten new employees and immediate graduates to fix their objectives and make progress
towards achieving. This allows the employees to learn about the roles and responsibilities
associated with the job (Nagarur et al. 2018). Connecting with senior members of the
organization will provide better opportunities to build professional network with the peers which
one might not be exposed to and acquainted with otherwise. This also reduces stress and anxiety
among colleagues along with developing relationships. These programs can turn out to be very
