INTRODUCTION Personal development and professional development defines the self improvement andenhance the quality of living through which an individual can maintain their personality.Basically this concept consist a broad nature because overall personality of an individual dependon personal development only (Avalos, 2011). Whereas professional development is all aboutenhancing the quality of performing any job in corporate field which means to be a successful oreffective employee an individual must consist professional skills and task-based skills. In factpersonal and professional development is a technique or path to get aware about the strength andweakness of our own. Simply personal and professional development deals to groom anindividual personally to improve their learning skills and characteristics which require lots ofexpertise or perfect learning technique. Professional development can motivate a person toachieve more and more target to learn extra and innovative things. Basically it identify thepersonal threats and help to overcome.TASK 11.1 Own learning style and another member of the teamThere are many style of the own learning. Firstly I am going to start about my learnings. Iam a good learner and I can learn as I want. I was learn in school and I am also learning outsideof the schools. My learning style is actually different. I learn with many peoples who are guideme and support me. I am also learn from the auditory or verbally. I learn best when I am with myall friends. I am also learn in new environment which is good for me. Now I am in college and Ilearned many things over there. There are many types of the my learning. They are-learn in new environment.Learn with all friends.Learn according to the time. There are two models of the learning. They are-1. Visual- In the visual learning I learn with the help of the paper, graph, chart, and othermaterials of the visual learnings. In the visual learning I learn more as compare to other. I thinkit is the effective learning for the all peoples.

2. Read/write- In the Read/write I use the Read/write style of my learning. In the readlearning I learn from the newspapers, novels, magazines and from the other books. In the Readlearning I do prepare myself and my learnings. There are also many learning style of the another member of my team. There are also amember of my team who also learn from different different styles but my leaning style is changefrom her. She learn with all peoples who all are leave with her. She also learn from differentdifferent books, learn from newspapers, learn from the books which is she prefer. She also learn from different different styles. Which includes like- verbally, non-verbally,physically and from others. But my styles is different from her. She use another thing and I usethe others things. They all styles of the learning is the useful and effective for me and my anotherpartner of my team who is using that all styles. 1.2 Technique for own development need and another member of the teamThere are the techniques which is useful for my development and for my team member.In the technique we will use the SWOT analysis which is develop me and my team partner.Strength and Weaknesses is the internal part of the personal development and the opportunitiesand threats are the external part of the personal development which is used for the owndevelopment and development of the another member of the team. We apply the SWOT analysisfor the development. S- Strength W- WeaknessesO- OpportunitiesT- ThreatsStrength- firstly I will start from my strength. I believes in high thought process. Mystrength is I am creative and I am dedicated towards my work and at last my one of the strengthis do help other peoples. Now about my team member she has many strength. She is the goodspeaker, and another strength is she can work with any kind of the people. Weaknesses- my weaknesses is I blindly trust on everyone. The competitive is depend onme. If I depend on my personality in that case the competitive weaknesses come in front of us.Therefore, I need to minimise my weaknesses according to the situation and I am never show myweaknesses in front of anyone.
