INTRODUCTION
The current report is rely on IV challenges better facing by the individual at the time of
the graduation. This challenge is very essential activity that supports them in their academic
career in order to gain experience while doing a job and gains a degree. Moreover, this
challenges are also explain about the several things which are prominently associated with the
development of the company in order to get more success and opportunities. Moreover this
reflection of portfolio explains about the several capabilities which are used by the organization
in order to conduct a task and challenges.

There are four challenges in context of developing my learning skills as these are very supportive
for me to enhance my career towards the growth. Along with this LSST is there institute in
context of learning various skills that are located in England. There are several challenges which
are explain in the report that are below mentioned:
Presentation challenge
This challenge is very important and well known as it needed by the organization to
analyze about the consequences of the market in order to increase the performance of the
company by comparing it with several competitors. For this the aim of the business and the
challenge is to analyze about the existing operation of the company which is Hospitatlity sector
in order to undertake several recommendations which are needed for the organization in order to
enhance their performance in the Marketplace.
Communication skills at the time of giving presentation between several individual it is very
important for the organization to have effective communication is skill in order to develop
innovative and amended idea. As I have given lots of presentation in order to enhance my career
in attend several seminars so that I can improve my communication skills I am mentally and
appropriately present myself in front of anyone.
Teamwork: at the time of giving presentation in my career I need and are required to make
proper communication and eye contact and build amended relationship with them in order to
present appropriate ideas among my team member. In context with this I challenged several
competition so that I can enhance my power and I can present my ideas to my team members in
order to develop Team Spirit and to accomplish the challenge which are accepted by me.
