INTRODUCTION
Reflective writing is an analysis method wherein the writer discusses an actual or imagined
scene, incident, conversation, or other event that might aid in the development of a person's
thoughts and personal talents. It is critical for individuals to participate in learning and
development. The report is based on self-reflection and will aid in understanding how I have
enhanced my abilities and knowledge (Ariga and et.al, 2020). When I was at university, I had a
variety of hurdles that may have hampered my ability to continue teaching and obtain good
prospects, but thanks to some strong talents, I was able to overcome these obstacles. The
objective of this report is to summaries what I learned in class and how I dealt with all of the
issues. The study discusses the obstacles, skills, and action plan that are required to improve
processes.
MAIN BODY
The Challenges
I improved my knowledge and talents in areas where I was weak while studying at the
University of London. It is critical for individuals to have solid skills and talents in order to work
efficiently, since this will assist to give chances in future time and improve professional skills.
As a result of my tutor's study of the business aspect and actions that are required to conduct in
all business fields, I was able to start a firm and handle all operations. I experienced several
hurdles during learning, including the apprenticeship challenge, presentation challenge, T-shirt
challenge, and scheduling issues. I saw that I was unable to form a decent team during the
apprentice challenge since my tutor had set me a task that I needed to accomplish on time by
completing this assignment. I wanted good team members that were willing to work together and
promote others. As I was working to maintain strong communication and inspire a team, I ran
across a challenge that may cause a delay in finishing tasks on schedule. Additional issue I had
was public speaking, as I discovered that I became nervous in front of others while expressing
myself and my ideas, that I believed would help me complete the project on schedule (Spence
and et.al, 2019).

The most essential thing is to finish the project and influence other presenting abilities
since it specifies how we will show and how others will assist us by eagerly attending. I was
cautious about communicating my views with others that made it difficult for me to influence my
professors. The T-shirt challenge that I faced included determining who my target customers are,
choosing a product development, calculating production costs, product differentiation, cost
structure, and promotional strategies, most of which I had to remedy whereas starting to learn
regarding brand identity, finance, and operations, all of which would help me build a company.
Other issue I'm encountering is establishing a schedule since I'm unsure what I should
accomplish first and how to handle all of the functioning in a certain company and office.
Scheduling is an important action that an individual should plan since it helps them understand
what else to do first and how to organize all of their actions. I had a great deal of work and tasks
to perform, but I was unsure what should come first including how much time, which made it
difficult for me to keep track of everything. All issues I had in class that needed to be solved on
time in order to help me get a better grasp of how businesses run and improve my overall results.
These issues were discovered using a SWOT analysis, which revealed my strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats (Kee, 2021).
The Skills
Skills are characterized as the capacity and willingness to do an operation that aids in the
completion of a task and the management of all its components. When attending classes and
planning to work set by my tutor, a SWOT analysis assisted me in identifying my strengths and
weaknesses, which aided in making improvements. I observed that my communication skills or
emotional intelligence abilities were lacking, so as a result, I was having difficulty forming a
team and motivating others to work efficiently. While managing the activities, I felt frightened
and panicked. My time management and communication abilities are fairly strong, as I was able
to schedule time for certain projects, which allowed me allot workload and set aside time for
certain tasks. I required leadership skill in order to manage and handle any task, which I lacked.
Strategic planning skills entail assessing people's abilities and forming a team by choosing and
arranging individuals in the appropriate positions such that each work can be completed within a
set time frame (Goh and et.al, 2019).

Additional skill I lacked was business and competency development, which entails
presentation and Excel use, both of which I lacked, causing learning issues. I saw that in order to
decide on a budgeting and allocate cash for certain tasks, I need to have a strong understanding
of spreadsheets and excel, which can assist in organising all of the effort and producing the best
results. I recognised that I needed to finish the accountancy and mathematics courses so that I
could increase my knowledge and finish the project on time by analysing expenditures that may
happen in either assignment (Philip and et.al, 2019). While attending lectures on branding,
finance, and operations, I examined complications that needed to be addressed. Furthermore, by
conducting periodic lessons and taking actions, abilities should be improved. I created a
presenting plan to assist me bring about improvements in my abilities and challenges as they
grew or were resolved over time. The following is an example of an action plan:

CONCLUSION
From the research, it can be stated that skills are competence and ability that persons need
possess in needed to finalize a job or assignment within a specified time frame. If employees
provide adequate talents and abilities, they will be able to expand their firm and successfully
fulfil their duties by coordinating all operations and operations. Action planning is described as

delivering adjustments as necessary to areas where employees are weak so that they may assist in
managing all aspects of the business and improving its productivity by giving good chances.
Furthermore, the SWOT analysis emphasizes personal strengths and weaknesses.
